At Mount Joy Church of God, we have a variety of different activities to engage adults outside of Sunday Services.
COGS
Is an acronym for Church of God Seniors. We are a group for adults, who like to admit it or not, are age 65 and over. COGS usually meets on the second Thursday of each month at 11:30am in our Fellowship Hall. A wonderful time of fellowship is always on tap, whether it be over lunch, or having a special guest providing musical or another sort of entertainment.
Small Group Ministries
We have several Small Groups, of all ages, from the church that get together to walk through life in community. Some groups are age specific, such as a Young Adult group, and other groups are multigenerational. We are always looking for ways to get people engaged. So if you are looking for a small group, or interested in starting a small group, please see our Director of Ministries!

Men's Ministries
We meet every 3rd Saturday of the month for our Men’s Breakfast. (Sorry ladies!) 😊 Breakfast is held in the lower fellowship hall at the church. Breakfast is served at 8am with a time of fellowship and a brief devotional to follow. We usually get things wrapped up between 9 – 9:30am. Please come join us for a phenomenal breakfast!
We also engage in other special events throughout the year.
Women's Ministries
Ladies Bible Study group meets Thursday mornings at Pastor Vaughn & Virginia’s house. We host several events throughout the year for the ladies of the church. Please check out our Event’s calendar for a list of upcoming events.
Wednesday Morning Bible Study
We are a group of all ages that meet weekly at the church for a time study and fellowship. Our group takes an in-depth look at God’s Word together. We meet Wednesday mornings from 10-11am at the church. Please join us as study through the Bible!
